Well, I guess I will count today as the second leg of the journey. The parking spot for my car in KC is disappearing with the Sandersons moving from KC to Iowa. So I left the car in Davenport, Iowa and boarded the Greyhound bus to KC. It was about five degrees out and I was in my flip flops because I left my boots in KC. Big tough, unshaven man in a leather biker jacket and flip flops... riding the bus. I would have felt out of place anywhere else in the world, except on a Greyhound Bus.

Craig picked me up from the station and we went out for a couple of beers to celebrate his last day of work... and the arrival of a little Sanderson*!

*Nah, just kidding about the kid bit.
